We provide shipping throughout the US and Puerto Rico.
All orders received by Thursday will be shipped out the following Monday-Wednesday unless the weather is extremely cold or because of natural disasters. Orders should arrive within 2 days from shipping date via FedEx. Puerto Rico orders will require a phytosanitary certificate and will be shipped by UPS.
Winter and heat packing is recommended when temperatures are below 45 degrees or higher than 95 degrees. Insulation options are available at checkout.
Overnight Priority to Western states, 2 Days for Eastern states.
Minimum order: Due to the ever-increasing costs of shipping services, we have a minimum order subtotal of $50 per shipment (the wholesale order minimum is $250) before shipping charges are added.
Flowering plants: We cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible in the unlikely event that bloom spikes or buds are damaged in shipping or unpacking.
Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with the plants you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Plants will need to be sent back in their original wrapping, in their original box, and packed to ensure that no damage will occur during transit. A phytosanitary certificate must be issued by your state agriculture department and attached to the box. We will forward you a copy of our import permit with directions. Upon their satisfactory return, a credit will be issued for the plants ordered. No further credits for the phytosanitary certificate or the cost of return shipping will be issued.
