We provide shipping throughout the United States, excluding Alaska.
All orders received by Thursday will be shipped out the following Monday-Wednesday unless the weather is extremely cold or because of natural disasters. Orders should arrive within 2 days from shipping date via FedEx.
Winter and heat packing are recommended when temperatures are below 45 degrees or above 95 degrees. Insulation options are available at checkout.
Overnight Priority is given to Western states, and 2 Days are given to Eastern states. Minimum order wholesale order is $750 before shipping charges are added.
Flowering plants: We cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible in the unlikely event that bloom spikes or buds are damaged in shipping or unpacking.
Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with the plants you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Plants will need to be sent back in their original wrapping, in their original box, and packed to ensure that no damage will occur during transit. A phytosanitary certificate must be issued by your state agriculture department and attached to the box. We will forward you a copy of our import permit with directions. Upon their satisfactory return, a credit will be issued for the plants ordered. No further credits for the phytosanitary certificate or the cost of return shipping will be issued.
